Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and WPVelocity ("we", "us"), Executive Lodge, D33, Peshawar 25000, Pakistan, covering your use of ClientHunter at clienthunterapp.com (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What ClientHunter does

ClientHunter helps you find publicly listed local businesses, organise them as leads, and send them email outreach through a sending account you connect — your own mailbox or your own email-provider account. We provide the tooling; we do not send on our own behalf and we do not supply you with contacts to mail.

2. Your account

• You must give an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for everything done under your account.
• One person or business per account. Don't create accounts to evade limits or a suspension.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and be using the Service for business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: send relevant business-to-business outreach from an address you control, honour every opt-out, and don't mail purchased or harvested lists. Breaking that policy is a breach of these terms.

4. You are the sender

This is the most important clause here. When you send through ClientHunter:

• The email comes from your address, through your provider, under your domain reputation.
• You decide who to contact and what to say. You are the sender in law, and you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to you — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR where relevant, Canada's CASL, and any local marketing law.
• You confirm you have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient, and that your outreach is honest about who you are and what you're offering.

We add an unsubscribe link and your configured postal address to outgoing campaign email, and we enforce unsubscribes across your account. That's a safeguard, not a substitute for your own compliance.

5. Your data and content

Your leads, templates, campaigns and messages remain yours. We store and process them to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your lead lists to build a product for anyone else.

Sending credentials you connect (mailbox passwords, API keys) are encrypted before storage and used only to send your mail.

6. Plans, billing and refunds

• A free plan is available with limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed monthly.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Their terms cover the transaction itself, and your receipt comes from them.
• You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If the Service materially fails to work as described and we can't fix it, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

7. Limits, suspension and termination

We apply sending limits, warm-up ramps and automatic pauses (for example, when a campaign's bounce rate suggests a bad list) to protect your reputation and ours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts our infrastructure or other users at risk, or is used for unlawful activity. Where it's reasonable and safe to do so we'll warn you first; for serious abuse we may act immediately. You can close your account at any time from the app or by emailing us.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on providers including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Brevo (our system email), Google Sign-In (optional authentication), and whichever email provider you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Service running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee any particular number of leads, replies, deliverability outcome, or business result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or damage to sender reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you're on the free plan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Peshawar have jurisdiction — without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
