Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 28 July 2026 · part of the Terms of Service

ClientHunter sends from your mailbox, under your domain. Bad sending damages your reputation first — and ours second, because our servers make the connection. This policy is what keeps both intact.

What ClientHunter is for

Relevant, business-to-business outreach: contacting a business at its published business address about something plausibly useful to that business, from an address you control, at a volume a human could plausibly be behind.

Limits we enforce automatically

These aren't punishments — they're what stops one bad campaign from burning a domain:

How we enforce this

Depending on severity we may: pause a campaign, disable a sending account, suspend the account, or close it and retain evidence. For clear-cut abuse — phishing, purchased lists, illegal content — we act immediately and without notice. Otherwise we'll normally warn you and give you a chance to fix it.

A suspended account keeps its data and stops sending; email us to appeal.

Reporting abuse

If you received unwanted email sent through ClientHunter, or you believe an account is breaking this policy, write to info@clienthunterapp.com with the full message headers if you have them. We investigate every report. Note that we are not the sender — the account holder is — but we can and do stop accounts that abuse the Service.

Please note: this policy is written plainly for clarity and is not legal advice. It sets our rules for using ClientHunter; it doesn't tell you what's lawful in your market. If you're sending at scale or into regulated territory, get a qualified lawyer to review your position.
