There is nothing to refund right now. ClientHunter has no paid plan: it is free to use, we take no payments and we never ask for card details. This policy is published in advance, so that the terms are clear before any paid plan exists. If we introduce one, this is what will apply — and we will update this page and the
Terms before charging anyone.
Try it before you pay
The plan available today is free, with no card required — the honest way to find out whether ClientHunter suits how you work.
When we would refund
- Within 14 days of a charge, if the Service materially fails to work as described and we can't put it right — we'll refund that billing period in full.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — refunded in full, no questions.
- Charged after cancelling — refunded in full.
When we generally don't
- Periods you were subscribed and had access to the Service but didn't use it.
- Outcomes we never promised — a campaign that got few replies, or leads that didn't convert. We provide the tool; results depend on your market, list and message.
- An account suspended for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
Outside those cases we'll still look at anything you raise in good faith. If you think your situation is fair, tell us and we'll deal with it as fairly as we can.
Cancelling
There is no subscription to cancel today. Under a future paid plan you would be able to cancel from your account at any time: cancelling stops future charges, paid features stay active until the end of the period already paid for, your data isn't deleted, and the account drops to the free plan.
How to request a refund
Email info@clienthunterapp.com from your account address, with the date of the charge and a line on what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights the law gives you where you live — for example, consumer rights within the UK and EU.
Please note: this policy is written plainly for clarity and is not legal advice.
